Zoom & Bloom by Alex Return and Exchange Policy

Careful Selection:
Please choose your items carefully before placing an order. Zoom & Bloom by Alex does not offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect selections.

Exchanges:
Exchanges may be permitted at the discretion of Zoom & Bloom by Alex, depending on product availability.

Damaged Goods:
Refunds or replacements cannot be provided for items that are damaged due to misuse or insufficient care.

Reporting Faulty or Damaged Products:
If you receive a product that you believe is faulty or damaged, please notify Zoom & Bloom by Alex in writing within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be returned within 7 days of your notification. Failure to report within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the product’s condition.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
To qualify for a return or exchange, you must:

  1. Email Zoom & Bloom by Alex at Alex@zoomandbloom-byalex.com within 24 hours of delivery, providing the reason for your request.
  2. Return the product in its original condition, including all certificates and documentation, within 7 days for Australian customers and 14 days for international customers.
  3. Include the original invoice with your return.

Limitations of Liability:
Where allowed by law, Zoom & Bloom by Alex limits its liability regarding any claims to:

  • Replacement or supply of equivalent goods
  • Repair of the goods
  • Payment for the cost of repair or replacement
