Alex is a French Dubai based photographer. She moved to the UAE in 2016 and immediately fell in love with the country and its diversity.
Over the years, Alex has collated a wide choice of photographs of our incredible surroundings, all thoroughly captured with a modern and creative eye.
Where is Zoom and Bloom by Alex based ?
Zoom & Bloom by Alex is based in Dubai and will only deliver in Dubai.
However, if you residing outside Dubai or outside the UAE and really like a photograph, you can always contact us through zoomandbloombyalex@gmail.com do discuss shipment.
Where is my Zoom and Bloom by Alex frame made ?
The artist supervises with a lot of care all steps of the process from the editing to the printing and the framing. All prints and frames are done locally in Dubai to ensure a very high quality and support local suppliers.
How long will it take to get my order ?
Fine art prints or acrylic prints ordered online will take 5-7 business days to reach you.
home accessories in stock will take up to 3 days.
How does my fine art come ?
All photographs printed on fine art paper are delivered flat on a mount board up to the size 40x50cm and protected by a clear wrapping paper.
From the size 50x70cm, your print will be rolled and protected in a tube.
How does my acrylic frame come ?
Your print on acrylic is equipped with a secured metallic wall hanging hardware so it is ready to decorate your wall as soon as it reaches your home.
Are the sizes standard ?
From the size 21x30cm to the size 50x70cm you will be able to frame your print in any frame you may already have bought.
Is a certificate of authenticity provided by Zoom & Bloom by Alex ?
All art photographs printed on fine art paper or acrylic and displayed on the website are authentic and come with their certificate of authenticity signed by the artist (with exception to the home accessories)
Is the image on the site an accurate representation of the photo ?
The high resolution images displayed on our website are accurate representation of the photograph, however they have been adjusted to frame mock ups and might differ slightly in terms of cropping and therefore have no contractual value. Additional images can be sent on request in the proportions you need them.
